We always aim for the closest and most accurate colour reproduction possible.

Orders can only be cancelled shortly after purchase and before production starts.

Once production begins, cancellation is not possible because each item is custom-made

Because all products are custom-made aluminium prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selection
• Customer-uploaded image issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and may offer:

• Replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund (if applicable)

If a return is approved due to customer-related reasons, the return shipping cost will be equal to the original shipping cost paid at checkout.

If the issue is caused by Metavik (damage, printing error, wrong item), Metavik will cover all shipping costs.
